a bit about me.
With over a decade of experience, I've spent my career in positions that allowed me to influence and optimize both the people and operational sides of businesses. At MarTech startup PostBeyond, I worked my way up from an office coordinator, to VP of People and Ops. In early 2021, as our CEO stepped down, I took on the role of Interim/acting COO, driving us to profitability and an eventual acquisition by Influitive. I've since moved on to lead as the VP of People & Operations at Railz, where I've been able to further my impact in strategic execution, talent development, performance management, and retention. Recently recognized as a Top HR Pro in 2023 by Foundersbeta and contributing to Railz's achievement on Forbes' Best Startup Employers list for 2024, I am committed to creating workplaces that are not only purposeful and inclusive but also empower individuals for collective organizational success.

I hold competencies in strategic organizational design and behaviour, with a background in Psychology as my foundation. Bridging the gap between people strategy and business strategy across distributed teams is my speciality. My ability to manage all facets of company operations, from Go-To-Market strategy to customer retention, has allowed me to foster growth-oriented and efficient operational environments.
